Acceptable Use Policy

PostPulse exists to help you grow an audience with genuinely useful content and conversations. That only works — for you and for everyone sharing the platform — if the tool is not used for spam or manipulation. This policy applies to all use of PostPulse and supplements the Terms of Service and X’s own rules, which you must also follow.

You may not use PostPulse to

— Send spam: bulk, repetitive, or untargeted posts or replies, or reply templates blasted at many accounts.

— Run unattended automation: everything PostPulse publishes requires your explicit, per-item approval, and circumventing that review is prohibited.

— Manipulate the platform: artificial engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, follow/unfollow churn, or impersonation.

— Harass or harm: abuse, hate speech, threats, or content targeting private individuals.

— Publish unlawful or deceptive content: scams, phishing, malware links, infringement of others’ intellectual property, or undisclosed paid promotion where disclosure is required.

— Misrepresent AI output as fact without review: you are responsible for verifying claims in generated drafts before approving them.

Reply etiquette PostPulse is built around

Strategic replies should add real value: an insight, evidence, first-hand experience, a reasoned perspective, a useful question, or a relevant resource. Generic praise, empty compliments, self-promotional templates, and engagement bait are against both this policy and the product’s design. Keep reply volume human — the product’s per-target daily caps exist for a reason.

Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and we may remove offending content from the workspace. Serious or repeated violations result in termination without refund. If X suspends your account for behavior conducted through PostPulse, that is between you and X — but it will usually also constitute a violation of this policy.
