Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PostPulse, a content and engagement workspace for X (formerly Twitter) operated by PostPulse (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use PostPulse on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The service

PostPulse helps you draft, schedule, and publish content to your own X account, assisted by AI generation that always requires your explicit approval before anything is published. We are not affiliated with X Corp. Your use of X remains governed by X’s own terms and developer policies, and features that depend on the X API may change or become unavailable if X changes its platform.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old to use PostPulse.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

PostPulse is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. New subscriptions include a card-backed trial; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, which stops future renewals; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan limits may change with at least 14 days’ notice.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes monthly usage quotas (for example AI generations, published posts, published replies, and X data lookups). Quotas reset each calendar month (UTC). We may enforce these limits technically, and we may throttle abusive request patterns to protect the service.

5. Your content and your X account

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through PostPulse. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and transmit that content in order to operate the service (including sending approved posts to X on your behalf). You are solely responsible for the content you approve and publish, including its accuracy and legality. Connecting your X account authorizes PostPulse to act on it only in the ways you explicitly trigger; you can revoke this connection at any time.

6. AI-generated content

AI-generated drafts are suggestions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable, and nothing is published without your review and approval. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before approving it.

7. Acceptable use

Use of PostPulse is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits spam, platform manipulation, and unlawful content. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

8. Termination

You may stop using PostPulse and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other customers or for the service, or remain unpaid after renewal fails. Upon termination we will, on request, delete your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

PostPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of the service or of the X platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
